Red Sun offers a range of IT support levels. These are flexible and can be modified as required to suit your situation.
Ad-hoc Support
Phone calls: $85 per hour (minimum charge $30)
Site visits: $105 per hour (minimum charge $50)
No guaranteed response time.
Monthly Contract
We offer three levels of service here.
